The Clean K1 20" 970mm is a special edition of the renowned Clean K1 frame, designed for riders up to 160cm tall. It combines a more compact geometry with the exclusive World Champion finish of Borja Conejos.

Description and materials
- Clean K1 20” carbon frame 970mm, exclusive edition developed in collaboration with World Champion Borja Conejos.
- Manufactured from high-modulus carbon fibre, with a design specifically developed for 20” Bike Trials.
- Twin-tube central frame design, with a triangular structure above the bottom bracket for outstanding stiffness.
- Integrated tapered head tube 1 1/8” to 1.5”, with a length of 120mm.
- No headset cups required.
- Rear dropouts with 120mm spacing, compatible with standard rear hubs or through axle hubs using inserts.
- The left dropout features an integrated Post Mount disc brake mount.
- Compatible only with dual pulley chain tensioners.
- 91mm bottom bracket shell for Press Fit AS30 systems.

The 7 Compatibility Keys
Below you can find the main details to consider when building this frame:
- 1) Headset. As this frame features an integrated tapered head tube with a 1 1/8” upper diameter and 1.5” lower diameter, it is compatible with tapered forks from 1 1/8” to 1.5”. A standard 1 1/8” fork can also be used with the appropriate adaptor.
- 2) Bashplate. Compatible with bashplates featuring a 39-40mm distance between front and rear mounting holes, and 43mm lateral spacing between holes.
- 3) Bottom bracket. A Press Fit AS30 bottom bracket system must be used.
- 4) Rear brake. This frame features Post Mount disc brake mounts, therefore a Post Mount rear disc brake must be used.
- 5) Chain tensioner. This frame requires a dual pulley chain tensioner and is not compatible with eccentric bottom brackets or any other tensioner system.
- 6) Rear hub. This frame features 120mm dropout spacing and allows the use of either a standard rear hub or a through axle rear hub using the corresponding inserts.
- 7) Fork. Your fork steerer tube must be long enough to extend at least 2mm above the upper stem clamp bolt.
