Description and materials
- New Clean X2 26” tapered carbon fork, manufactured by Spanish brand Clean.
- Developed and tested for months by Clean team riders Sergi Llongueras, Gilles Coustellier and Abel Mustieles himself.
- Manufactured from unidirectional (UD) carbon fibre, a material that allows for drastic weight savings when compared to aluminium, while offering better properties than 3K fibre.
- High modulus mono-block construction, which guarantees higher strength, stiffness and reliability than most carbon forks available.
- Features a tapered steerer tube, with 1 1/8” diameter at the top and 1.5” diameter at the bottom, for use with tapered headsets of said diameters.
- Furthermore, the steerer tube is reinforced with 2 layers of Kevlar, for increased toughness and stiffness, and also features an aluminium insert that erases the need for a star nut.
- 180mm long steerer tube, with integrated 45º crown race system at the base, so you no longer need to install a crown race, since the bearing sits directly onto the fork.
- Features 4-bolt rim brake mounts integrated at the back of the legs, spaced at 92mm.
- The dropouts are designed for 10mm-diameter axle, and are spaced at 100mm, so they are compatible with most front hubs available.

- The steerer tube in this fork is tapered, and it has a 1 1/8” diameter at the top and 1.5” diameter at the bottom, so it’s not compatible with those frames that have a standard 1 1/8” steerer tube. A tapered 1 1/8” – 1.5” headset or a headset adaptor must be used to install this fork.

- Length: 412mm
- Offset: +30mm
- Steerer tube: 180mm

- UD carbon matt black finish, with white and red Clean graphics, and carbon fibre effect finish on steerer tube.

- 505g (with a 180mm steerer tube)
