Echo Mark IV 20'' Frame (with BB and bash-plate)

Description and materials
- New Echo Lite Mark IV 20” frame, the last version of the most popular 20” frame from Asian manufacturer Echo.
- Features a newly designed head tube, that uses an external headset to make it simple, lighter and even more reliable, available here.
- Spanish-type bottom bracket, which uses press-fit bearings without threads (like the ones used for BMX), so it’s way stronger and stiffer than usual BB’s (Echo ISIS Spanish-type bottom bracket supplied with the frame).
- Features an integrated chain tensioner, which uses two M5x25mm bolts located inside the dropouts for adjusting the wheel position, so snail cams are no longer needed.
- Its clever design means it keeps the weight down (only weighs 1.44Kg) with a simple, neat design.
- 103mm long head tube, with a CNC-machined window that helps save unnecessary weight.
- The head tube is gusseted to the top and down tubes to increase its strength.
- The right chainstay is gusseted to the BB to avoid cracking.
- Supplied with a 3-bolt mini-bash plate in anodized silver finish, now simpler and more compact than before (also available at our website here).
- Features IS disc brake mounts and 4-bolt rim brake mounts spaced at 100mm (we recommend using a brake booster should you run a rim brake).
- CNC-machined disc brake mount, with a large weld that stiffens this critical area.
- The left stays are gusseted to spread strain, which helps increase overall strength.
- CNC-machined dropouts spaced at 116mm, designed with the Echo integrated chain tensioning system.
- Note: due to the integrated chain tensioner, this frame has been designed for using a 116mm Echo rear hub. Other hubs can be used too by adding some spacers, so that the spacing is 116mm.
