The Kaley Evo shoes have been designed after months of testing to offer top-quality bike trials shoes. Handcrafted in Europe with premium materials, these shoes are equipped with a Vibram Grip sole to ensure perfect grip in any situation.
Description and Materials
- The Kaley Evo shoes are made from an extra-tough synthetic material, ideal for resisting the wear and abrasions typical of trials.
- They feature several reinforcements in key areas where the pedal often causes breaks, as well as in spots prone to deformation, ensuring greater durability and maintaining proper foot positioning.
- The Vibram Grip sole, the most used and appreciated in the bike trials world, provides exceptional grip, guaranteeing total control of the bike on any terrain.
- The interior is fully padded, providing a comfortable fit that prevents the foot from moving inside the shoe.
- The eyelets for the laces allow for a precise and comfortable fit, keeping the foot securely in place at all times.
- The padded tongue evenly distributes pressure, enhancing comfort.
- The front section has a standard width and is not narrow, ensuring a comfortable fit without putting pressure on the foot.
- Includes a high-quality insole that provides greater support and absorbs impacts, perfect for long trials sessions.

Sizes
- Available in European sizes 35 to 47.
- Kaley shoes use European sizing, although the fit may vary compared with other brands due to the specific construction and stiffness of this model.
- For smaller sizes, we recommend choosing one size larger than your usual size.
- If you are unsure between two sizes, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
Instructions to measure your foot: Place a sheet of paper against the wall. Stand on it with your heel as close to the wall as possible, wearing the socks you normally use for riding. Put your full weight on the foot and measure up to the tip of your longest toe. Add approximately 5 mm to the resulting measurement.
Important information about measurements and fit
- The measurements shown in the chart refer to the approximate internal length of the shoe, measured without the insole, and represent the internal length of the shoe last.
- They should not be compared directly with the external length of the shoe or with the length of a removable insole.
- The front section of the Kaley Evo is made from highly resistant materials and feels quite stiff when the shoes are new. For this reason, during the first few uses they may feel tighter than expected.
- With use, the front material gradually adapts and softens slightly, improving comfort.
- The most important point when checking the size is that your toes must not touch or press against the inside front of the shoe.
- If you feel pressure or discomfort in the front area during the first few uses, the manufacturer recommends applying a generous amount of hand cream to the inside of the front section of the shoe and allowing the material to absorb it. This helps soften the material and speeds up the break-in process.
Care and usage recommendations
- Wash only with cold water. Do not use hot water, as it may damage the materials and finishes of the shoes.
- Damage caused by washing with hot water is not covered by the warranty.
- When putting the shoes on, avoid pulling hard on the tongue. The tongue should only be used to help position and adjust the shoe, without applying excessive force.
- Damage to the tongue caused by excessive pulling or improper handling is not covered by the warranty.
