In accordance with the provisions of article 13 of the GDPR concerning the right to information, applicable when you provide personal data, we inform you that it will be processed by TRIALBIKES S.L., with registered office at C/ mar caspio 5, 45223 Seseña (Toledo), in order to respond to your request as well as to send commercial information about our products and services relating to the field of education. TrialBikes shares your personal data outside the European Economic Area with Amazon Web Services exclusively for data storage purposes. We have the obligation to ensure that your personal data that is processed by us or by our suppliers and partners who operate outside the EEA is treated securely and protected against unauthorised access, loss or destruction, illegal processing and any processing that is inconsistent with the purposes set forth in this Notice.

If information is requested about a third-party product, TrialBikes may send the user's contact information to that supplier.

The personal data will be kept while the commercial relationship remains in force and once the contractual relationship has concluded the data will be kept for the legally required periods.

The personal data supplied for commercial purposes will be stored until its suppression is requested in writing by the data subject.

The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the agreement and the consent of the data subject.
