New Chorrillas freehub, specifically designed for trials bikes frames with 116 mm internal spacing and a standard 10 mm diameter axle.
- Made from high-quality materials, it features replaceable sealed BR 6902 bearings to ensure excellent reliability and durability.
- The hub has a removable freehub body and an internal mechanism consisting of 6 pawls working in 3 groups of 2 on a 54-tooth ratchet ring. As a result, it delivers 108 engagement points per full hub revolution and a total of 162 engagement points per crank revolution (with 18:12 gearing).
- Axle made from 7075-T6 aluminium alloy.
- 6-bolt standard disc brake mount.
- 32 spoke holes (32H).
- Includes a 7075-T6 aluminium 4 mm thick Lock-Ring nut to secure the sprocket. Requires a specific Shimano tool (not included).
- Sprocket not included.
- Available in 2 versions: 1 – Without chain tensioners (for frames using Sprung tensioner) or 2 – With chain tensioners included (for frames using 3 mm snail cams).
162 Engagement Point Technology
- Equipped with a 54-tooth ratchet ring and a double-pawl system, providing 6 simultaneous points of contact on each engagement.
- Offers 108 engagement points per revolution, ensuring instant response when pedalling.
Depending on the gearing, the engagement points are adapted to the rider’s needs:
- 18:12 gearing → 162 e.p. (2 groups × 54 teeth × 1.5)
- 18:15 gearing → 130 e.p. (2 groups × 54 teeth × 1.2)
Compatibility
- Trials frames with 116 mm internal spacing using a standard 10 mm axle, such as Clean X1, Comas Entry, Echo, Play KN, Jisie Varial, Rockman and others with equivalent dimensions.
- Rims with 32 spoke holes (32H).
- 6-bolt disc brake rotors.
- Sprockets with HG-type cassette fitment, 8 to 10 mm wide, such as Chorrillas, Crewkerz or Clean.
- Compatible with Chorrillas RR disc protector or any 3 mm thick model with 15 mm centre hole.
Note: Not compatible with Crewkerz or Clean K1, X3 frames.

Spacers (ends):
- Sprocket side: 2 spacers, one 4.5 mm thick and one 3 mm thick (both with 15 mm internal diameter).
- Disc side: 2 spacers, one 11 mm thick and one 3 mm thick (both with 15 mm internal diameter). The 3 mm spacer can be replaced with a disc protector or chain tensioner.
