Chorrillas RR disc protector Clean version, made from aerospace-grade aluminium for maximum impact resistance. Its purpose is to protect the rear brake rotor from knocks and impacts against obstacles during biketrials riding.
Compatible with Clean X3 rear hubs, available in red and black colours.
Description and materials

- Manufactured from AL7075-T6 aerospace-grade aluminium, combining light weight with outstanding impact resistance.
- New geometry providing extra clearance between the bike and obstacles, reducing the risk of damage to the rotor.
- Compatible with Clean X3 rear hubs and others with identical design.
- 100% manufactured in Barcelona, with precision CNC machining for a perfect fit.
- Available in red or black anodised finish, with Chorrillas logo engraved in low relief.
Fitting instructions
1. Remove the rear wheel from the bike.
2. Replace the hub’s spacer sleeve with the protector, ensuring the thickness matches the original setup.
3. Reinstall the wheel into the frame and tighten.
No washers are required between the bearing and the protector.
Compatible with:
- Clean X3 rear hub and models with the same design.
- Not compatible with other rear hubs of different design.
- For brake rotors up to a maximum diameter of 165 mm.
Dimensions
- Length: 82.5 mm (from axle centre to end).
- Upper thickness (axle hole): 7 mm.
- Lower thickness: 6 mm.
- Maximum lower width: 47.5 mm.
- Axle hole diameter: 15 mm, with a 13 mm stop at the end.
