Crewkerz AS30 WAW Silver Crankset

New Crewkerz AS30 WAW Silver crankset (October 2025), featuring a silver finish with grey graphics and developed to offer increased stiffness and structural strength.

This is the stock crankset used on the new Crewkerz NextGen bikes, now featuring a reinforced construction that boosts rigidity and improves overall reliability. Compatible with Crewkerz, Clean and any frame that uses an AS30 bottom bracket (PressFit BB30).

Description and materials
- New 2025 version of the Crewkerz AS30 WAW Silver crankset and bottom bracket assembly.
- PressFit system: the cups are pressed into the frame before installing the AS30 axle and bearings.
- 2-piece design: the right crank comes permanently attached to the axle, while the left crank is secured with two radial bolts for a solid and easy-to-service setup.
- The structure has been strengthened compared to the previous model, increasing stiffness and reducing flex for improved precision in every movement.
- 30 mm-diameter axle made from lightweight 7075-T6 aluminium alloy, designed to withstand the demands of modern bike trials.
- 46mm aluminium cups made from 7075-T6 alloy, machined for a secure and stable fit.
- Cranks made entirely from 7075-T6 aluminium, now with a more robust design optimised to reduce flex and maximise power transfer.
- The axle uses standard Shimano HG splines for cassette-type freewheels, allowing quick and easy installation and removal.
- New 155 mm length option, used by Jack Carthy on his 26” bike and also ideal for 20” bikes.

- 2x M6x20mm radial bolts for the left crank
- 1x M17x12mm threaded end cap for the left crank
- 1x UCI-type bashring (included only with the 170 mm version).

Compatible with:
- Crewkerz frames designed for AS30 bottom brackets.
- Clean frames with PressFit BB30 systems (may require spacers).
- Note: on Crewkerz NextGen frames, the cups included in this kit are not used, since these frames feature bearings integrated directly into the frame, available on our website here.
