The Ozonys Curve 20" 2026 frame represents the new evolution of the well-known competition chassis from the French brand for bike trials. For this new season, Ozonys updates both the design and construction of the frame, bringing back the classic blue graphics over an elegant black and grey finish that reinforces its racing aesthetic.

Among the main new features of the 2026 model is the direct integration of the headset bearings, eliminating traditional cups to achieve a cleaner, lighter and stiffer assembly. In addition, the frame receives a complete revision of its hydroformed tube design, optimized to improve structural stiffness and resistance in the areas that experience the highest loads during riding.

The result is an extremely responsive frame designed for modern trials, offering excellent power transfer, great precision in technical movements and high durability for intensive competition use.

The 7 Compatibility Keys

Below you can find the main details to consider when building this frame:

- 1) Headset. This frame uses a tapered headset design 1 1/8’’ - 1.5’’, integrated without cups, such as the Crewkerz Integrated Headset 1 1/8" - 1.5", Clean K1.2 Integrated Headset 1 1/8" - 1.5"...

- 2) Bash plate. This frame includes mounts for a 4-bolt mini bash plate on the bottom bracket shell. It is compatible only with Crewkerz, TMS and Clean Strong bash plates.

- 3) Bottom bracket. Compatible with AS30 type bottom brackets with 91 mm width, such as the Crewkerz or Clean Press Fit 3P.

- 4) Rear brake. This frame features Post Mount disc brake mounts, therefore a rear disc brake of this type must be used. Post Mount brake calipers sit vertically on the mount instead of laterally (as is the case with IS calipers).

- 5) Chain tensioner. This frame requires a double pulley chain tensioner (Crewkerz, Clean…), so it is not necessary to use eccentric systems or other types of tensioners.

- 6) Rear hub. A hub with a 12 mm diameter thru axle and 135 mm dropout spacing must be installed (such as Crewkerz, WAW).
In addition, as this frame has disc brake mounts only, it is important that your rear hub includes mounts for a brake disc.

- 7) Fork. As the head tube of this frame is tapered, with a top diameter of 1 1/8” and bottom diameter of 1.5”, it is compatible with tapered forks (1 1/8” – 1.5”). If you wish to use a standard 1 1/8” fork, a reducer ring can be installed for the lower headset cup, available in our catalogue here.

The steerer tube of your fork must be long enough to extend at least 2 mm above the upper bolt of the stem base.
To ensure this, you must add the length of the frame’s head tube (in this case, 125 mm), the portion of the headset cups that protrude from the head tube, the headset spacers (if used) and/or dust caps placed below the stem, as well as the height of the stem base you intend to use. Once these calculations are made, you can check if your fork is long enough to extend 2 mm above the upper bolt of the stem base.
