Description and materials
- Ultralight TrialBikes Works titanium M6 bolt, developed and manufactured in Europe for TrialBikes under a strict quality standard.
- Made of grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy, super light and very high quality.
- M6 thread and 5mm Allen tapered socket head, deeper than most bolts to ensure the key sits firmly while tightening the bolt.
- 3 sizes available:
· M6x18mm
· M6x20mm
· M6x25mm
- Sold individually (1 bolt) of the size chosen.
Color
- Anodized rainbow finish, with grey laser etched TB logo.
- Note: this is not a uniform finish, therefore some parts of each bolt might feature different tones.

Recommended application
M6x18mm
- Stem bolts (handlebar and/or steerer tube clamp), depends on stem type.
- Disc brake caliper bolts.
- V-brake pivot bolts.
M6x20mm
- Stem bolts (handlebar and/or steerer tube clamp), depends on stem type.
- Hub axle bolts for most hubs with M6 thread.
- Disc brake caliper bolts.
M6x25mm
- Hub axle bolts for most hubs with M6 thread.
- Disc brake caliper bolts (only for frames/forks with extra wide mounts).
Additional Information
Always use a high-quality Hex key when fitting the bolts. It’s highly recommended to apply a tad of grease on the threads before installation.
Don’t compromise the threads by overtightening: any damage to the bolts because of overtightening won’t be covered under warranty.
