- New Echo SL 2015 freewheel, the top-of-the-range freewheel from Asian manufacturer Echo.
- Widely regarded as one of the most reliable freewheels ever made for Biketrials.
- Now, it’s available in two different versions: the traditional threaded version and a new Splined version (with Echo-specific splines design).
- The Splined version does not feature a thread, instead it simply sits on the splines of the crank (therefore it won’t fit any threaded cranks).
- This design allows for more precise chain alignment, but also eases the freewheel set up/removal, thus being much simpler to replace the freewheel.
- Therefore, the Splined version will only fit the new Echo SL 2015 Splined cranks, available at our website here.
- The threaded version is suitable for most cranks and hubs with standard 1,37'' x 24 tpi thread.
- Its unique spring design ensures it almost never skips, while being much louder than most freewheels.
- Made from high quality Titanium.
- Features 9 heat treated steel pawls, offset into groups of 3, with 36 teeth, providing 108 engagement points.
- It has 8 removal pockets, but it’s also removable with the standard 4-prong freewheel removal tool.
- Both versions are only available with 18 teeth.
- Anodized titanium finish.
